Finding Ease in the Midst of Pandemic Life
August 25 @ 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
COVID-19 has created an unusual set of pressure points for most of us. How we meet these pressure points as they appear for us individually will also influence how we can meet each of our family, friends and communities. Meeting, the trauma, grief, loss, joys, and celebrations as we try to establish the “new normal” is a skill we can all cultivate, for now, and in the future.
Using reflections, meditations, and vocalizations of our intentions(prayers), this coming together will help us identify and highlight the wisdom already contained in our embodied experience.
Rev. Daigan Gaither, a Sojourn Chaplaincy at SFGH board member, began Buddhist practice in 1995. He also sits or has sat on a number of boards and committees that serve community needs and further social justice causes.
