Have you felt drawn to spiritual care in community contexts? Are you interested in working with people of many different spiritual beliefs and traditions? Is Chaplaincy a path you are interested in exploring? This fall, join us for a deep dive into the art of Spiritual Care at SF’s only public hospital and Trauma Center
Our Spring 2022 Chaplain Training program will run from January 22 to May 13 2022. Applications for the spring session are due Friday November 12th. We will meet for a weekend intensive on January 22nd from 10am-4pm and January 23rd from 12pm-4pm. Class will be held from 5-8pm on Tuesday nights. Cost of the program is $1000 with scholarships available based on financial need. If interested, please complete the application process and once accepted, then ask about a scholarship. Many of our students receive scholarships so please don’t let finances be a barrier!
Please note that dates and parameters of the class may change due to needs around the pandemic. A commitment to serving in person in a hospital during the pandemic and a willingness to be flexible to a potentially changing learning environment is required for acceptance into this program.
Applications are due by November 12. You can download our application below. Please submit completed applications to Mary Cecile Gee at firstname.lastname@example.org
